About Nasch*Sportswear

NASCH Sportswear is a sports brand with a sustainable and individual offer. We design jackets, which are by changing in cut design and fabrics are compatible with three different sports. The materials used are ecological and recyclable,
the products themselves are manufactured in Portugal (EU).


Why did you decide to participate in the program? What did you expect? Did you reach the goals you have set for yourself and your company?

I heard about the program during another program in Vienna, for girls who conquer the start up world. So i thought why not extanding my horizon, and see how it all works in berlin. I was very excited to be able to participate in the program. I wanted to really extand my network in another city / country. I know think that i really achieved all my set goals form y company. Since the program I nearly was in Berlin twice a month. For me and my company it was really sucessful to be part of start alliance.

 

Did you have any program highlight? Which kind of information did you use right away after the End of the program?

My highlight was pitching in front of a lot of people at the demo day! On our first day at the program, we hat to pitch all and i was not as good as i wanted to be. So i really improved in wording and simply explaning what my company is about. That was what i used right away after the program!

Can you share with us any lessons learned?

Your company is your baby, like you are the head / the brain of it. But sometimes it’s not that good tob e emotional bonded to your company – just be it but find the right balance for yourself and your nerves! – Lesson learned.

What makes Berlin so special and which kind of contacts and networks did you meet during your stay?

For me Berlin is like coming home. I already did some internships here and it’S part of my ‚CITIES I LIVED’ List.
I really diged deep into the fashion sustainibility network in Berlin. I made a lot of contacts which i got still.
I met the people from NEONYT Berlin and also from GREENTECH Festival. It was so awesome to get the chance to sit down with like minded people on one table.

What did you achieve in Berlin since the end of the program?

Since Berlin a lot happened. We got our website going, i got a lot of feedback tot hat during the program. I really were able to pitch more times since march – i am really getting better.
I extended my Network in Vienna and Berlin also from Berlin. The Journey with my company just got more amazing 

What will be your next steps?

The next steps are to extend my sales ecosystem aswell as working on a new collection. I really want to conquer the german ecosystem! The next steps are definitly set!

What would you recommend to startups interested in participating in the program?

Dear Startups just do it. It’s really a great opportunity to be able to be part of start alliance. Take everything they offer and just go with the flow. Networking, Networking..... ;)
